Job Description
Permanent Occupational Therapist opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting offering both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. This is a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, making it an excellent opportunity for therapists seeking strong work-life balance in a stable rehab environment.

Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapist license required

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

Experience with geriatric, rehab, and long-term care populations preferred

Strong patient assessment and care planning skills required

Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required

Ability to manage both short-term rehab and long-term care caseloads

Details:

Salary Range: $31.20 - $34.28/hr

32 hours/week

Monday - Friday schedule

No weekend rotation

Permanent placement opportunity
