Marketing & Brand ManagerFresh Roasted Coffee LLC | Sunbury, PAFull-Time | On-SiteLead the Brands. Build the Strategy. Drive the Growth.Fresh Roasted Coffee is looking for an experienced Marketing & Brand Manager to lead marketing across our growing family of coffee and tea brands, including Fresh Roasted Coffee, Positively Tea, Grounds & Hounds, and future brands and product lines.This is a management-level, hands-on marketing position for someone who can develop the strategy AND execute it.What You'll OwnDevelop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the FRC family of brandsEstablish marketing goals, campaigns, calendars, and performance metricsLead brand positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identityDevelop strategies to grow individual brands and product linesOversee social media strategy and content across multiple platformsCreate and/or oversee graphics, photography, video, reels, and other contentDevelop email marketing and customer retention campaignsOversee website and e-commerce marketing initiativesManage digital advertising and promotional campaignsSupport product launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and promotionsPartner with Sales to develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenueResearch competitors, customer behavior, and market trendsManage marketing vendors, agencies, freelancers, and creative partnersManage marketing budgets and resourcesTrack marketing KPIs and ROI and report resultsUse data to determine what's working and continuously improve our marketing effortsWe're Looking for Someone Who IsStrategic: You can see the big picture and develop a marketing plan that supports business growth.Creative: You know how to create compelling content and build brands that stand out.Hands-On: You're not afraid to pick up a camera, create a graphic, write the post, launch the campaign, and analyze the results.Results-Driven: You care about conversions, customers, revenue, and ROI-not just impressions and likes.Self-Motivated: You can take ownership of projects and move them forward without being micromanaged.Analytical: You know how to look at the numbers and make decisions based on performance.Organized: You can manage multiple brands, campaigns, projects, and deadlines at the same time.QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field required3–5+ years of progressive marketing or brand management experience preferredDemonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategiesExperience managing brands, product lines, or multiple marketing channels preferredStrong social media and digital marketing experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience with content creation, including graphics, photography, and/or videoExperience with email marketing, e-commerce, website management, and digital advertising preferredExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools preferredExperience managing marketing vendors or outside agencies is a plusImportant: This Is an On-Site PositionThis position is located at our facility in Sunbury, PA and requires working on-site five days per week.
