What You’ll Do As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll help clients understand their insurance options while developing long‑term relationships built on trust and exceptional service. Responsibilities Develop new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead follow‑up. Meet with prospective and existing clients to evaluate their insurance needs. Recommend customized coverage solutions for auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products. Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and additional protection opportunities. Cross‑sell and bundle policies to provide comprehensive coverage. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and general account support. Maintain accurate documentation and customer records. Contribute to agency production goals while providing a first‑class customer experience. What We’re Looking For Active Property & Casualty Insurance License. (Licensing support and reimbursement provided for the right candidate!) Insurance sales or agency experience preferred. Life Insurance License is a plus or willingness to obtain. Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, retail, or another relationship‑driven profession is beneficial.
