Job Summary:
Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists, supporting rehabilitation and recovery efforts. Ensure quality care delivery and adherence to treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment programs for patients.
• Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapists.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment exercises and care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and patient records.

Qualifications:

• Valid PTA license or certification.
• Proven experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
