What You’ll DoAs a Crew Member, you may work in different areas depending on the shift. You might be on drive-thru one day and making fries the next. Your job is to help customers, support your team, and keep the restaurant clean and safe.
You’ll:
- Be friendly and respectful to customers and coworkers
- Restock items like cups, straws, and condiments
- Follow directions and work well with your team
- Learn new skills and take pride in doing things the right way
- Speak up if something doesn’t seem right
To do this job, you must be able to:
- Stand and move around for most or all of your shift
- Lift 25–50 lbs occasionally
- Work in different weather conditions (taking out trash, drive-thru, etc.)
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- Follow Wendy’s safety, food-handling, and brand standards
