Night Auditor PositionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and completing daily financial and operational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest check-ins and check-outsAnswer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional mannerHandle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservationsAssist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keysComplete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the guest ledger and completing shift reportsMonitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipmentPerform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters, restocking supplies, sweeping & mopping.Other duties as assigned such as folding laundry.QualificationsPrevious experience as a night auditor or in a customer service role is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadProficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidaysPerksCompetitive salaryEmployee discounts on hotel rooms and amenitiesOpportunities for advancement within the companyProfessional development opportunitiesPositive and supportive work environment
