• Deliver specialized physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and functional independence.
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to execute customized care plans that meet individual patient goals.
• Document care journeys with precision to support treatment continuity and accurate medical records.
• Guide physical therapy aides and students to foster a safe, high-quality, and efficient clinical environment.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
