We offer our employees competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and programs designed to promote individual health, wellness, and quality of life.Main ResponsibilitiesAdhere to Delta's safety programs to ensure a safe work environment.Operate asphalt paving heavy equipment, such as rollers, pavers, and broom skid steers.Have an accurate and working knowledge of heavy equipment.Demonstrate the willingness and ability to keep equipment clean and properly maintained.Be willing to work nights and weekends.Operate equipment in a safe and consistent manner.Job RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age.Must have one or more years of experience working in and around construction equipment.Must provide own transportation to and from work.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
