Global Strategic Sourcing Manager (Fixed Term) Location: Poland - Hybrid (Krakow, Quattro Business Park; 3 days office per week). Fixed-term contract (~2 years). Job Responsibilities Lead a team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for instrument services and aftermarket parts to optimize cost savings, quality and supplier performance. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and establish partnerships. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Develop a supplier management program and monitor supplier performance, resolve issues and implement improvements to enhance quality, service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Analyze pricing and cost structures to identify value opportunities for PerkinElmer and its customers. Implement value-driving initiatives and track value achieved through sourcing activities. Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers. Ensure contracts are compliant with legal and organizational requirements. Monitor contract compliance throughout the supplier relationship. Competencies Management/Project Management - Sets goals and engages the team around them. Qualifications & Experience Equivalent of 8+ years of combined sourcing, strategy development, or data analytics/insights experience. Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends and develop action plans based on findings. Deep understanding of vendor/supplier communications and best practices. Thorough knowledge of developing, deploying and awarding service contracts (RFP). Strong negotiation skills and buying strategies leading to positive financial results.
