Details Ambulatory oncology setting within the Nurse Navigator Oncology unit High proportion of neuro-oncology patients including brain tumors, neurofibromatosis, and neuro follow-ups Primary responsibility includes triaging incoming calls Provides long-term patient relations and care coordination Orientation includes working alongside both neuro and oncology teams Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM No floating required unless otherwise agreed upon during interview or offer Any charting system experience accepted Requirements Active RN license (Montana or Compact) required BLS certification required 3 years of RN experience required, including at least 2 years of med/surg oncology or oncology experience 1 year of care coordination or case management experience required Experience with prior authorizations preferred References required for consideration Additional Information Responsibilities include disease management, plan of care development, and utilization review Any color scrub is acceptable, with designated 'Blue Jean Fridays' Candidates must reside within a 75-mile radius of the facility Local candidates are not accepted Background checks with license or background hits will be considered on a case-by-case basis Former permanent employees must have a 2-year break in service before eligibility First-time travelers are welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID P-749216.
