What You'll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Prior OR experience is a plus-but new graduates are welcome and supported

Your Day-to-Day:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
• Assist surgeons and the OR team during procedures
• Monitor and manage surgical instruments and equipment
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Support OR turnover and preparation for multiple surgical cases
