Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, assess and monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized nursing care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Valid certifications required for the specific unit or department.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The facility is a community hospital with updated technology and expanded services, including private patient rooms and various specialty programs. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Additional Information

Orientation is conducted weekly. Candidates located more than 60 miles away are eligible for travel consideration.
