Gas Service Technician

Our Service Technicians regularly install propane tanks for residential and commercial customers, as well as install, service, and maintain gas comfort equipment such as water heaters, dryers, ranges/stoves, fireplaces, generators, and more. This is a great position for someone who has prior propane, appliance installation/repair, or mechanical experience and would enjoy working locally. Excellent professional growth opportunity. If you have mechanical experience or aptitude, it is ok---we will provide the education to progress from Apprentice level to Technician in a short amount of time for the motivated person. The position requires customer service skills, occasional on-call duty, and being a contributing member of a team environment. There is a lot of growth potential with this particular opening and our company. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is a must. Prior propane or other related experience and valid CDL license strongly preferred for this opening. Competitive, hourly pay will depend on prior experience. Qualifications

Intermediate mechanical experience preferred. Some knowledge of plumbing experience, appliance installation, and prior propane experience is also preferred. Works well as a member of a group, shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest, devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity. Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility, the knowledge that your job is safe, the completion of tasks, without outside help, and the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization.

High School or better required. Please list your last 10 years of work experiences.

CDL, LP Certified, Hazmat Endorsement, Medical Card, Tanker Endorsement preferred.
