Procurement Specialist
Are you an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join a growing organization where you'll play a critical role in purchasing, supplier management, inventory planning, and ensuring materials are available to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and procurement activities to support manufacturing operations
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability to meet production requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize value and cost savings
- Prepare and issue purchase orders for raw materials, equipment parts, and supplies
- Track vendor performance and ensure on-time deliveries
- Investigate and resolve invoice and pricing discrepancies
- Maintain procurement records and approved supplier lists
- Support inventory management activities and cycle counts
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure material availability
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Procurement Specialist, Buyer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role
- Strong supply chain and procurement experience required
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, vendor management, and supply chain processes
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
