Collaborate with other therapists within care pathways as necessary.Exhibit positive attitude and behaviors facilitating teamwork, efficiency, and care quality and promoting a favorable unit and company image.Maintain excellent individual compliance standards including relevant and complete documentation for reference of discharges planning, capturing of patient care time, and performing other quality assurance activities as directed.Deliver care as broadly specified within applicable state practice act.Our ideal candidate would:Have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational TherapyHave the required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensureProvide a CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or have the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)Have some advanced education, training, or certification is a bonus (neuro care, sports medicine, etc.)Have the ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shiftHave a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communicationHave strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelHave the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervisionBe able to maintain confidentialityEligibility to Work:This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).About ProgressiveHealth:ProgressiveHealth is the premier provider of a broad spectrum of occupational and non-occupational health services including on-site medical, injury prevention, health improvement, rehabilitation management solutions, and more!
