• A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for this position as the Peer Specialist will conduct home visits and transport clients to appointments. 
• A high school degree or equivalent is required. 
• The candidate will already hold an Adult Peer Support Certification and be certified by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

• This position requires clearances of state and federal background checks, multiple abuse/sex offender registries, and clearance of exclusion lists prior to employment.

• Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening. This position is a part of an annual, random drug-testing program.
