We're hiring a Front Desk / Sales Associate to be the face of our studio. In this role, you'll drive membership sales, support our service providers, and deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Drive Membership Sales: Confidently educate clients on our Elements Wellness Program and close new membership subscriptions.
- Elevate Guest Experience: Welcome clients warmly, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain a calm, premium studio atmosphere.
- Maximize Schedule Volume: Master our booking software to schedule appointments, rebook clients, and optimize room utilization.
- Sell Enhancements & Retail: Recommend add-on services (Hot Stone, CBD) and gift cards to customize client care.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ Years Experience: Background in retail, hospitality, spa, or membership sales (subscription/membership sales preferred).
- High Energy & Polish: Confident verbal communication, a warm presence, and a professional demeanor.
- Sales-Driven: Motivated by hitting monthly targets, conversion rates, and earning performance bonuses.
- Peak Availability: Must be available for peak volume shifts, including evenings and weekends.
