Occupational Therapist School Setting - Phoenixville, PA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Strong knowledge of early intervention strategies and preschool development
• Ability to communicate effectively with young children, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to travel between multiple sites during the workday
• Self-motivated and organized when managing a varied caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to preschool-aged children in their educational environments
• Assess student needs, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation according to school and early intervention guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and family consultations as needed
