RN Surgical CirculatorThis position requires a strong background in Neuro and ENT surgical procedures. Experience in laminectomies, ALIFs, fusions, and discectomies is expected. Familiarity with cranial surgeries, including tumors, AVMs, and EVDs, is desirable. ENT procedures such as neck dissections, sinus surgery, and tonsillectomies are part of the role. Navigational experience with Medtronic and Stryker systems is advantageous. Experience in orthopedic surgeries, including anterior hips and total joints, is preferred. Candidates should be willing to float to general main OR specialty and urology center. Charting will be done using an electronic system. There is a need to be flexible with scheduling, including potential weekend and holiday shifts. On-call duty is required with a 30-minute response time. Partial weekend calls may be scheduled depending on specialty needs. Surgical scrubs are provided, and scrub caps must be worn with a surgical bouffant. No call rooms are available for staff.
