Commercial Plumber ForemanWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumber Foreman to lead plumbing crews on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on-siteInterpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project layout and installation proceduresPlan and schedule plumbing work based on project timelines and material availabilityInspect work in progress to ensure compliance with safety standards and plumbing codesCollaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to coordinate workflowOrder and manage inventory of plumbing materials and toolsTrain and mentor apprentices and junior plumbersTroubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise on the job siteMaintain accurate records of labor, materials, and work progressEnforce site safety and company policies at all timesRequirements:High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferredValid Journeyman or Master Plumber licenseMinimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of local plumbing codes and OSHA safety regulationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsProficient in using plumbing tools, equipment, and technologyAbility to work in physically demanding environments and in various weather conditionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingAncillary BenefitsDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance
