Speech-Language Pathologist (FMLA Coverage) Full-Time February-May 20, 2026 Elementary School (Grades 3-4) Location: Georgia Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to provide full-time maternity leave coverage in an elementary school setting. This temporary assignment spans February through May 20, 2026, and supports learners in 3rd and 4th grade for the remainder of the academic year. In this role, you will oversee a caseload of up to 55 students, delivering direct therapy, indirect services, and progress monitoring aligned with each student's IEP. Responsibilities include completing required evaluations, maintaining thorough and timely documentation, and working closely with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure speech and language goals are met consistently across learning environments. This opportunity is well-suited for an SLP who excels in a dynamic school setting and values strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements Applicants must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, along with a valid Georgia Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement. While possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred, it is not required.
