Summary/Objective Coordinate the creation, distribution, analysis and communication of human dimensions surveys and other data tools through collaboration with social science and other program staff. Collaboratively develop and document survey objectives with social science and other program staff Design, program, publish, and distribute surveys Coordinate data collection and assist with analysis Create public-facing reports and other communication tools to share results with stakeholders Manage schedule of annual, biennial and decadal surveys and data entry projects Hire, supervise, and train social and resource data entry and management staff Order and maintain mailing supplies and maintain database of recipients Review and pay invoices from mailing and printing contractors Assist in developing annual budget for survey materials and data entry and management labor Update and maintain metadata library of current and prior social science efforts Ancillary Job Duties Serve on internal and external regular and special committees. Support facilitation of meetings, workshops, and other events. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Human Dimension, Forestry, Fisheries, or related with a minimum of six (6) hours in Computer Science. Two (2) years of professional experience in preparing and interpreting data. Must maintain a valid, current driver's license. Work is performed in a standard office environment. Physical Abilities Remain in a stationary position 70% of the time. Move about grounds, both inside and outside of buildings. Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery. Frequently communicate and exchange accurate information. Clarity of vision and three-dimensional vision. Regularly lift up to 5 pounds, correctly lift up to 50 pounds. Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
