Salary: $62,400 - 104,000 per year Requirements: We seek experience building AI-driven workflows, automations, or agent-based solutions. We require hands-on experience with the OpenAI API or comparable LLM platforms. We look for experience connecting applications through APIs and automation tools. Responsibilities: We design, build, and refine AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions. We develop integrations using the OpenAI API and other approved AI platforms. We configure and maintain AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, retrieval systems, and MCP servers. We create automation workflows that connect AI tools with internal business systems and software platforms. We support API integrations and secure data exchange between applications. We collaborate with operations, legal, and administrative teams to identify automation opportunities. We monitor AI workflows, integrations, and automation systems to ensure reliability and performance. We assist with deployment, testing, version control, and change management for AI-enabled systems. We document workflows, integrations, configurations, and operational procedures. We help establish best practices for AI governance, security, and responsible use. We partner with IT and vendors on authentication, permissions, access controls, and infrastructure needs. We evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions that improve business efficiency. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Seattle, Washington, with on-site work required and remote flexibility available. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., along with compensation of $30 to $50 per hour depending on experience.
