He or she oversees several units and is responsible for coordinating the activities of each restaurant and developing the abilities of each unit's management staff. You'll also enforce different standards, policies, and procedures, including financial controls, operation metrics, etc.The District Manager will help to support the company by maintaining an outstanding work environment by providing leadership, direction, training, and development for managers and team members alike.Responsibilities include:Monitors and reinforces food safety proceduresWorks with leadership teams from several units to meet district sales goalsExecutes company policies and proceduresManages and oversees safe working conditionsManages unit managerial staff in a way to maximize staff retentionInterviews and suggests General Manager hiresProvides proper training for managerial staffAnticipates and identifies problems and initiates appropriate corrective actionMaintains fast, accurate service and provides top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our fast food restaurantEnsures continual improvement of Quality, Service, and CleanlinessMaximizes store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programsQualifications include:College degree or equivalent experience in operationsFour years of restaurant experience at a minimumExperience in supervising and managing staffFluent English-speaking and writing skillsExhibit a sense of urgencyNeat, clean, and professional appearanceAble to lift 35 pounds to waist levelGuest-friendly demeanorWilling to assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operationsWilling to work normal schedule of 50+ hours per week (all shifts)ServSafe CertifiedFinancial Reporting and/or P&L experience
