Quality Engineer

Job Title

Develop and implement control plans to ensure manufacturing and inspection processes meet specifications

Partner with design and production teams to define quality standards, procedures, and inspection methods

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, including scrap reduction and process optimization

Investigate product and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Conduct internal audits and lead corrective action efforts through to successful completion

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 required; AS9100 preferred)

Strong background in quality analysis and problem-solving methodologies

Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks (Six Sigma, DMAIC, DMADV preferred)

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance
