Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Psychiatry Patients
Setting: Hospital-Based Psychiatry Unit
Responsibilities: Providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up care, med checks with therapy, and collaborative behavioral health patient management within an inpatient psychiatric setting
Required Procedures: Medication Management & Therapy-Based Psychiatric Follow-Ups
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Behavioral Health Support Team Available
Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage Required
On-Call/Weekends: No Call Required
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified Psychiatrist Required
- Active West Virginia License Required
- Minimum 1 Year Psychiatry Experience Required
- Cerner Experience Preferred
- IMLC Preferred or Eligibility for WV Temporary License Preferred
