Position Overview
Our growing construction company is seeking an organized Part-Time Office Assistant. You will keep daily operations running smoothly. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate client requests, and act as a central hub of communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Communication: Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic emails.
- Coordinate Scheduling: Maintain project calendars, crew schedules, and client consultations.
- Procure Quotes: Contact suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing for materials.
- Research Requests: Source specific client requests, specialized items, or local guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask well.
