Japanese CPA firm seeks an Administrative Assistant (CPA Firm). This position is an urgent hire, and we are seeking candidates who are able to start in September. Job Details Position: Administrative Assistant (CPA Firm) Employment Type: Full-time / Direct Hire Department: Accounting & Advisory Services Location: Torrance, CA 90502 Work Style: Full-time onsite at Torrance office Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience and ability) Benefits: Yes – Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Leave Summary The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations within the Accounting & Advisory Services department, handling administrative tasks, internal coordination, and basic AP/AR support. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Responsibilities Not limited to but may include other tasks as assigned. Process AP, billing, and collections (low complexity). Manage data entry and recordkeeping (low complexity). Provide HR-related administrative support (limited scope, low complexity). Coordinate internal announcements and communications. Assist with planning and coordination of internal and external events. Manage office supplies and inventory for internal use. Perform front desk administrative duties, including handling external emails and answering phone calls. Other tasks as assigned Requirements At least 2 years of full-time administrative or accounting support experience Language: English – Fluent Japanese language skills are a plus but not required; English proficiency is prioritized Strong basic business etiquette Excellent communication skills Ability to communicate professionally with external clients and customers Strong task management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities Adaptability to various work environments Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Available to start around September Work authorization in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available) Able to commute to the office on a daily basis #J-18808-Ljbffr Actus Consulting Group
