Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients speech, language, and swallowing abilities to identify communication disorders.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapy sessions and monitor patient progress regularly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care strategies.
  
  
• 
  Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and clinical notes accurately.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued improvement.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid State License as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  
  
• 
  Have current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or comparable credentials.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in clinical speech-language pathology, preferably in a healthcare setting.
