You'll lead in-force life insurance valuation across Statutory, GAAP, BMA and other frameworks, oversee reporting cycles, advise senior leadership, and manage actuarial talent.RequirementsStrongly preferred:Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent actuarial designation10+ years of progressive actuarial experience within life insuranceSignificant experience in valuation, financial reporting, reserving, and actuarial analysisDeep life insurance valuation credibility across Statutory, GAAP, and regulatory reporting frameworksStrong people leadership and coaching capabilityDecisive leadership and ability to move work forwardStakeholder management and executive presenceSystems thinking across Statutory, GAAP, Bermuda, and future Economic Value reporting frameworksSkills & DomainDomain Life insurance valuation across Statutory, GAAP, BMA, and other regulatory frameworks Reserving methodologies and financial reporting Experience in leading valuation teams and driving strategic insights Acturhire
