Power of Somatic Intelligence helps high-achieving women come back home to themselves. Through Somatic Intelligence, founder and somatic coach Chen Lizra guides women who have lost contact with themselves and their bodies while chasing high-powered careers to re-member who they are.

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced high-ticket salesperson to fill our signature retreat, Re-Member Her - eight days in Sal, Cabo Verde, for a small, curated group of 15 high-achievers.

This is an independent contractor role , remote and commission-only. Your most important skill: you generate your own leads. You already know where high-achieving leaders are and how to reach them, and you have what it takes to drive a high-ticket sale from first contact to yes. You'll find them, nurture the relationship, and drive the sale.

You know how to sell deep, identity-level transformation with integrity and emotional intelligence. No pressure tactics. No hard selling. Alignment only.

This role requires a proactive and driven individual excited about helping others achieve transformation.

Responsibilities

• Generate and source your own qualified leads - this is the core of the role
• Start and nurture trust-based conversations with high-achievers
• Qualify prospects for readiness, fit, and financial capability
• Book aligned high-achieving females into sales calls with the founder
• Track and share your outreach, conversation and conversion numbers

Requirements

• 3+ years in high-ticket sales, ideally coaching, wellness or retreats
• Proven success selling $6K+ offers
• A proven, repeatable way of finding your own leads - your network, community, audience or outreach system
• Strong understanding of conversion psychology and emotional sales
• Knowledge of, or personal experience with, somatics is a major plus
• Comfortable holding deep, personal, emotional conversations with women about femininity, the body, intimacy and self-worth
• Personal experience with the challenges high-achieving women face is a strong plus
• A self-starter who delivers results without supervision
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation

15% commission on every retreat place you sell - about $825 per seat on a $5.5K retreat.
