Your impactful journey will include:

• Delivering direct care to patients and fostering meaningful relationships by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Facilitating speech language in-service education and overseeing our speech language pathologist student program.
• Mentoring and training new colleagues and collaborating with other departments as necessary.
• Delegating tasks and supervising speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrating patient achievements throughout their rehabilitation process.

• Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
• Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in speech therapy or management is required; a Master’s or Doctorate degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in speech language pathology.
• Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certifications.

• Must hold a current state license in Speech Therapy.
• Completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory.
• BLS (CPR) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting this role.
