This travel position supports patient care across inpatient hospital, acute rehab, and outpatient clinic settings. The role is eligible for locals (within 75 miles) at the local rate.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology evaluations and treatment for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor and document patient progress.
- Perform swallowing bed evaluations; participate in video fluoroscopy studies when available (experience preferred).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across the continuum of care (inpatient, rehab, outpatient) and adjust plans as patient needs change.
- Complete required clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards; support coverage across patient loads, with weekend rotation as assigned.

Requirements
- NY licensure for Speech-Language Pathology required
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY) required
- Inpatient hospital experience preferred; ability to work across inpatient, acute rehab, and outpatient settings
- Flexibility to move with patient loads; weekend rotation as assigned
- This is a travel assignment; locals within 75 miles may receive the local rate
