Role Description
The ideal candidate is an engineer in Data or a similar field with a strong background in data analytics and visualization. You should possess a deep understanding of business needs and the ability to model them effectively. A strong communicator fluent in both French and English is essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Build and deploy reporting factory solutions based on Power-BI
- Build official reports and dashboards for all the products and services in the scope of the reporting factory (aligned to product and service operating models)
- Maintain, update, and provide assistance to key stakeholders from a BI perspective
- Work within a multicultural team across many global locations
- Work in an agile methodology
Qualifications
- Over 5 years' experience in creating and maintaining PowerBI reports
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Power platform and connectors to external data sources
- Good knowledge of PowerShell language and confidence in creation (and maintenance) of scripts
- Strong proficiency in MSBI (Microsoft Business Intelligence) tools, including SQL Server, SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
- Extensive experience with Power BI development and reporting
- Power BI certification
- Good experience in data modelling based on Power-BI
- Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Strong data consolidation and correlation skills
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
Requirements
- Experience of Azure Data Services (Data Factory, DataBricks, Synapse, Data Lake, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
- Knowledge of MS Graph API
- Understanding of Active Directory and creation of privileged access within PowerBI
Soft Skills
- Very good communication skills in both French and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to work remotely and converse with team members located globally
- Effective collaboration skills in a multicultural team environment
- Knowledge of agile delivery methods
