Deli Operations Team Member

Job Description

Join our team and help deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily deli and retail operations! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in quality work, food safety, and providing a great experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer service
Stock, organize, and maintain retail shelves and displays
Package, weigh, label, and prepare products for sale
Trim, slice, cut, and prepare deli and meat products
Inspect products for quality, freshness, and accuracy
Safely operate slicing and packaging equipment
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company safety standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Assist with additional retail and production tasks as needed

Schedule

Full-Time Position

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:- 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
- 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Wednesday:- 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
- 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Saturday:- 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Every 3rd Saturday off (except holiday weekends)

Overtime may be required.

Physical Requirements

Lift and carry up to 90 lbs.
Stand and walk for extended periods
Bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions
Work in temperatures ranging from 32&degree;F to 72&degree;F , with occasional exposure to freezer environments as cold as -8&degree;F
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment around moving equipment

Safety & Appearance Standards

Must follow all company safety procedures
Required PPE may include aprons, gloves, coats, hair nets, and beard nets
Closed-toe shoes required
No jewelry or artificial nails permitted in food preparation areas
