This position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists skilled in working with pediatric populations, including both experienced SLP-CCCs and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You’ll have the flexibility to choose between part-time or full-time hours, working with children from Pre-K through 12th grade.

Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland SLP License required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• CCC-SLP or CFY applicants welcome
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic interventions

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload (elementary through high school students)
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers
• Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
