Tenant Services Coordinator | Commercial Office Campus | Growing, Progressive Company
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tenant Services Coordinator to support the daily operations of a large, multi-building commercial office campus.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic property team as management transitions to new leadership of a high-profile asset. The role offers strong growth potential within a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenant requests via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Log, track, and dispatch work orders to the maintenance team using the property management system
- Provide general administrative and office support, including maintaining records, contact lists, filing, ordering supplies, and coordinating mailings
- Assist with property management functions such as tenant move-ins/move-outs, access card issuance, tenant communications, and building events
- Maintain and update Certificate of Insurance logs for tenants and vendors; follow up on compliance issues
- Support tenant billing processes, including work order tracking and vendor meter readings for chargebacks
- Assist with annual budget preparation and related reporting
- Support Accounts Receivable functions including delinquency tracking, tenant follow-up, deposit processing, and rent statements
- Assist Accounts Payable by reviewing, coding, and processing invoices with proper documentation
- Initiate and track purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
- Support insurance claims tracking and documentation collection
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training required
- 2+ years of commercial property management or related experience
- Strong understanding of leases, lease terms, and critical dates preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Experience with Yardi Voyager strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Salary: $60,0000 - $75,000 base salary + benefits & annual bonus.
