Entry-Level Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a driven and career-focused Entry-Level Technical Recruiter to join our team in Eagan, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, and sales-driven environments. You will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent while building long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Location: Eagan, MN (Onsite) Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
Conduct 510+ daily candidate interviews via Microsoft Teams and phone screening
Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for client requirements
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Present and market qualified candidates to internal recruiting teams and clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within ATS and CRM systems
Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to meet hiring goals and deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 12 years of professional experience (recruiting, sales, customer service, or related field preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn ATS, CRM systems, and recruiting platforms
Ability to conduct video interviews and perform high-volume outreach
