Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Medical Center is looking for 1 additional CRNA to start AUGUST 2026-Ongoing for FULL TIME coverage! * MUST BE AVAILABLE FULL TIME! Facility is holding off on providers who cannot provide full time coverage and require travel every month. * Schedule: a mix of 8s and 10s each week, and 12 hour shifts are also available. Flexibility is great! Looking for full time candidates only. * Call = TBD (please note if candidate is willing to cover weekend pager at time of name clear) * 40 hours guaranteed per week * Trauma cases - MOSTLY. CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks, NO regional anesthesia. * # of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology * EMR: EPIC * Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12. * Option to work 10 hour days or 8 hour days, also can offer 12 hour shifts mixed in. * Will need a DEA and CSR * Credentialing timeframe is roughly 90 days. * Diploma * Training certs * All medical licenses * DEA * Board Certification * Life support cards- BLS * Current and previous certificates of insurance * Driver s license * Professional color photo/headshot * CMEs for the past 2 years * Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID * References * Case logs Submission Requirements * ID license - Highly Preferred * NBCRNA - Required * ID DEA and CSR - Required * Must be available Full Time - Required * Must be able to meet rate caps - Required * Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required (Verbal confirmation required at time of name clear) * Please provide the earliest start date at time of presentation - Required Please advise on the following at time of presentation: Is Provider proficient in OB Care, regional anesthesia, and working independently (ex.
