Patient Registration & Scheduling Specialist

Miami Children’s Hospital is seeking a dedicated individual to greet patients and families, obtain necessary information, and assist with the registration process. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining excellent communication with patients and families. Candidates should have 1-3 years of customer service experience and preferably a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of medical or healthcare office procedures is an advantage.
