The MA works closely with a primary care physician to deliver excellent patient care and provide a welcoming guest experience, combining reception duties with essential clinical responsibilities. Responsibilities include taking vitals, blood draws, injections, and assisting with procedures, while documenting in the medical record and coordinating referrals as needed.
