Our two brands, The Pros Weddings and Wedding Bug, celebrating 40 years in the wedding industry, are looking for a full-time addition to our sales team. Our people are our greatest asset and have always been. Many on our team have spent decades with us as we grow our business. This opportunity does not come along often.

• Your schedule can be flexible, but a 12 pm to 8 pm would be preferred.

The Responsibilities

While working from home, you’ll contact and help our wedding couples through the booking process for many of their wedding needs, including photography, videography, a disc jockey, and a photo booth. Our corporate office is in Southampton, PA, and once a month, we gather the team for a day of team-building meetings and lunch. Office visits, however, would be required for training.

• Contact our bridal leads
• Work with our customers through their booking and planning journey with us
• Create great relationships with our customers
• We provide all of the tools (laptop, tablet, phone)

The Qualifications

• Experience with phone sales
• Highly developed communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented

The Compensation

• Salary plus commission. $30,000 base salary. $50,000 to $80,000 with commission
• Monthly contests and bonuses
