As a nurse specializing in progressive care, you'll work across various units including cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, urology, and cardiology. This role demands flexibility and readiness to float, supporting multiple specialties as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

• Provide specialized care in cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, urology, and cardiology units
• Support additional areas such as hematology, oncology, orthopedics, med tele, and more
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet patient care needs
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including weekends

Requirements of the RN - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

• Active VT license at time of application
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive care experience
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma and teaching facility
• Recent EPIC system experience (within the last 2 years)
