Local Contract Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $58 per hour

Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Utica, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, evenings, nights
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Requirements:

• Active New York RN License
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
• Pediatric ED experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (TNCC must be in hand)
• Charge Nurse experience highly preferred

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM)
• Floating required
• Block scheduling is not guaranteed

Unit Highlights:

• 64-bed Emergency Department
• Patient population: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, and Geriatrics
• Common cases: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, and Respiratory Failure
• Experience with Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun equipment preferred
