Nurse Practitioner

Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Family Medicine provider (APRN/NP or PA) to join our new clinic at the Community Recreation Center. You will conduct medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, immunizations, ADHD/ADD management, and chronic disease monitoring in a 4 x 10-hour weekly schedule.
