Client Strategist

Working remotely, the full-time Client Strategist will manage the end-to-end SMS strategy for a rotating group of major brands, collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive SMS revenue through innovative campaigns and best practices. Key responsibilities Create compelling SMS campaigns and automations that align with customer brand voices Develop strong advisory relationships with clients, strategizing on marketing initiatives and executing best practices Track and analyze customer results to ensure effective scaling on the Postscript platform Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in the direct-to-consumer space with a focus on SMS and copywriting Demonstrated experience in e-commerce and e-commerce marketing Experience in a customer-facing role managing relationships with decision-makers Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Virtual Vocations Inc
