NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for neonatal patients.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate parents and families on neonatal care and support.
• Maintain accurate medical records and charting in Epic.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure a safe patient environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a Level III NICU setting is required.
• Current certifications in BLS and NRP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule:

• Shifts available: 3x12 or 4x12 days.
• Weekend shifts are required.
• On-call availability is necessary.

Additional Information:

• No travel pairs are accepted; first-time travelers are welcome.
• Local candidates will not be considered for this position.
• Free parking is available for staff.
• All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application, as approval will depend on facility needs.
• The facility retains the right to cancel one shift per two weeks.
