Superintendent

Rogers-O’Brien Construction is looking for a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction space. Superintendents at RO ensure that all team members – including our trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders – are kept up to date with consistent communication to successfully deliver a Premier Product to our valuable clients. Responsibilities Supervise all field operations for the project. Coordinate with the PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality. Establish subcontractor performance schedules. Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions. Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
