Automotive Service Advisor Opportunity – Experience Required We are hiring an Automotive Service Advisor at Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram. While training is provided, previous automotive experience is required , and experience as an express service advisor, service writer, or technician is highly beneficial . This is a fast-paced, high-volume service environment with consistent repair order flow and strong technician support. What You Will Receive Salary: $74,000 - $136,000/year Competitive Commission Structure: Rewarding pay structure with potential for growth. 4.75% of RO parts and labor sales for CSI below zone. 5.25% for CSI above zone. 5.5% for CSI in the top 10% of the zone.
