Store Manager - Wireless Retail

{JOB DEPARTMENT} is currently seeking a self‑motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team at Cricket Wireless. Benefits 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Hourly pay plus an aggressive discretionary sales incentive structure Job Purpose Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑the‑spot redirect coaching. Achieve monthly sales quota by cross‑selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features. Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service in sales and service transactions. Complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames. Perform up to 10 business‑to‑business sales outreach appointments per week. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Weekend availability required.
